Which format for my Kindle?
ePub. Current Kindles and the Kindle app read ePub directly; otherwise use “Send to Kindle”. On a computer or tablet, PDF is the most convenient.
Is there a printed edition?
In preparation via Amazon KDP (paperback + Kindle). Once it's live, the link appears here — the fastest way to hear about it is the newsletter.
